Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Important:
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is opened or used.
- Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving your order: anjani@anantya.earth
Please include your order number and reason for return.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with your order details and clear photos.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
1. Cancellation Window
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped yet.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled — please refer to our Returns Policy.
2. Refunds for Cancellations
If canceled in time, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
